3.2.POWER BOUSEI AP089

Introduction

POWER BOUSEI AP089 is perfectly compatible with EP039, excellent weatherproof and resistance to chemical and corrosion. This strong dry film prevents rust for a long time.

AP089 urethane is Acryl modified polyurethane topcoat which provides saving time, pollution reduction, finishing with just one coating. It can be sprayed on the rust surface with minimum sanding and provide excellent resistance to weathering, chemicals and corrosion.

Direction for use

Step 1. Sand loose rust up to more SSPC-SP-2. Then, sand rusted surface with sandpaper.

Step 2. Remove surface of all contaminants. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Allow to dry completely.

Step 3. Mix the base component thoroughly.

Step 4. Mix base component and activator at 5:1 ratio by volume for 3-5minutes.

Step 5. Apply with airless spray, roller or brush.

Step 6. After using, wash equipment and containers with reducer or urethane thinner.

CAUTIONS

In most cases, AP089 can be applied immediately after mixing. In cold temperatures, allow 30 minutes before applying.
Keep container closed when not in use. Activator must be used within 1-2 months.
If necessary, reduce 5-10% with urethane reducer.
Apply it at more than 10C within 80% humidity.
Apply on edge and volt with brush beforehand.
