Plastic wastes are everywhere in this world. Land pollution, water pollution and air pollution related with plastic wastes reach to high level threat to all creatures. 42% (*) of plastic wastes come from packaging. Plastic packaging is very convenient to human for food, clothes and other things.
Nowadays people start using biodegradable materials for packaging but it is quite small compared to usage of plastics. Developed countries have recycle factory and good waste management system but developing countries have faced the serious problem of plastics waste. Dumpsites around the cities and villages are growing with plastics. Some plastics wastes are found in agricultural land and they can degrade to microplastic which can enter the crops and vegetables and then to our food chain. In the rivers and oceans, there are a lot of plastic wastes because of carelessly dump of people and different kinds of plastic threaten marine life.
Moreover, the air becomes accumulated with the product toxic gas from plastic incineration at dump sites. Plastic pollution, called white pollution damages the ecosystem and this damage will seriously threaten to human soon or later. Since people in the world are shared the land, water and air, we should solve the plastic problem together for us and future generation before the worst condition.
