Hong-Minh Dang- Consultant

Gentle is probably the first-word people think of when they meet Dang Hong Minh – a consultant at SOLEN.

Minh is a fresh graduate majoring in Environmental Technology at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Minh participated in many social activities and accumulated practical experience at school.

For social activities, Minh organized cultural events at the school: the Bach Khoa men and women football tournaments; Back khoa Got Talent; Drawing with Heart, etc. In particular, she also participated in the Mr&Miss BK 2020 contest and won the Miss talent award.

Although she participates in many extracurricular activities, Minh didn’t neglect her studies. Minh achieved the A-class study encouragement scholarship for the first semester of 2020-2021. In addition, she also participates in practical activities such as: participating in the Project Promoting the initiative to reuse wastewater after processing in Da Nang funded by USAID; participating in writing environmental impact assessment reports and environmental registration; Intern in analyzing water quality indicators at the Institute of Environmental Technology (IET), Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST).

Although she has just joined SOLEN, with the above-accumulated knowledge and experience, Minh has tried to complete the assigned tasks such as:

– Research and propose a project on the Program on Climate Change and Sustainable Environment in the Greater Mekong Sub-region of UK Embassy in Vietnam;

– Translating environmental documents between English and Vietnamese languages;

With love for environment and enthusiasm, Minh tries to improve herself, her knowledge, and her experience to enhance her capacity and create values for the environment and the community. She contributes with other members to bring SOLEN closer to customers, enhancing SOLEN’s position in domestic and international markets.
