Smart, diligent, and eager are qualities that describe Dang Tra My, a consultant at SOLEN.

Tra My has just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Economics from the Faculty of Real Estate and Resources Economics of National Economics University (NEU). Tra My has always excelled and been responsible in all assigned tasks during her 04 years of education at the NEU as an academic vice-class. She worked as an Intern at SOLEN for 6 months before becoming an official employee. With experience and knowledge gained since she was in school, Tra My has contributed to SOLEN in a variety of ways, such as:

• Synthesize a system of standards in the field of the environment;
• Participate in writing proposals to be submitted to the Environmental Funds;
• Co-implementing the Environmental Consultation Manual;
• Write an introduction about the company’s products being exchanged and traded on the market;
• Translating environmental documents between English – Vietnamese;….

As one of the personnel with economic knowledge, Tra My also assumes the role of “secretary” of SOLEN, specializing in summarizing expenses and keeping the company’s financial stability. In addition, she can communicate in foreign languages fluently and regularly attend meetings with foreign partners alongside official staff. She enthusiastically participates in the company’s extracurricular activities. Thanks to the ability to effectively manage time, since going to school, Tra My has won many academic achievements such as winning scholarships from the school, winning the title of an excellent student, etc. With outstanding potential, she will be an indispensable factor to contribute to turning SOLEN into a successful and developed enterprise.
