Mr. Makoto Nishimura has been becoming a Senior Advisor in Japan – Vietnam Business Matching of SOLEN since 01 January 2024. It must be a real honor for SOLEN to associate with Mr. Makoto Nishimura, a senior advisor in the field of trading and transportation.
Born and raised in the famous ancient capital of Japan – Kyoto, Mr. Makoto Nishimura graduated in English and American Languages from the Kansai University of Foreign Studies in 1983 and has been dedicating his professional skills and knowledge for 40 years. He has accumulated many experiences in shipping and logistics in general, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC), multimodal transportation, warehousing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and general sales and management.
He has mainly worked in Tokyo and Kansai for 40 years and overseas for 16 years. Besides, he also has experience in the academic lectures held at Kwansei Gakuin University in developing Asia/China business, focusing on international logistics business development and training customs officers in Osaka. He is still working for a sales and consulting business of marine container transportation business as an advisor to the president and the Sunrise Logistics and Group Company Chairman.
Now, he is also a Senior Advisor for SOLEN regarding trading and market connections between Japan and Vietnam societies. With his contribution, SOLEN is expected to grow stronger in the future.
