SOLEN to visit JICA Vietnam Office

(14:00 Hanoi time, June 06th, 2023) SOLEN has visited to JICA Vietnam Office to introduce about SOLEN and to search for any opportunity to work with JICA.

This visit could be happened based on the relationship of the Director of SOLEN:

• A member of AUN/SEED-Net Alumni Network in which AUN/SEED-Net is a long-term program of JICA for the ASEAN region;
• A member of Kyoto University Alumni Network under the AUN/SEED-Net PhD Course.

Based on the discussion during the meeting, there may be some activities that SOLEN could take part in to provide our services and products, for examples:

• Activities under the AUN/SEED-Net program in Vietnam and ASEAN;
• Internship for Japanese students from Japan and from the Vietnam – Japan University (VJU);
• Translation services (Japanese – English – Vietnamese) in some projects;
• Consulting services in the field of natural resources and environment for some projects by JICA;
• etc.

We have understood that the above-mentioned contents are just still in our discussion and it needs to have more interaction and exchange with JICA Vietnam in the future to make it happened.
