One of Trinh’s favorite sayings is: No one is too old for a fairytale. That is like a motivational proverb for Trinh in work and life.

As a new graduate in Environmental Management major from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, she has been involved in scientific research activities with the founding shareholder of SOLEN since SOLEN was not yet formed. That was the premise for Trinh to join SOLEN. With the knowledge and experience accumulated during 4 years of studying at school, Trinh has become an excellent employee of the company with many missions such as:

• Researching science and technology in natural resources and the environment with the ongoing topic: “Research on emissions of motorcycles to air pollution”;
• Consulting, investigating, and surveying natural resources and environment;
• Market research of products and technologies related to the financial sector resources, environment, and health;
• Translating environmental documents between English and Vietnamese languages;

With a love for the environment and youthful energy, Trinh has been cultivating more knowledge and experience to improve her capacity, which creates more value for herself, the environment, the community, and with the founders to bring SOLEN closer to customers, enhance SOLEN’s position in the domestic along with the international market. Her efforts have been aimed at SOLEN’s criteria, which not only provide quality resources to the world but also bring back superior solutions from all over the world to contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam.
